Job Description
Rosenberger Tunisia in Enfidha is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to ensure the coordination with all department to shape the CIP mindset for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Assess existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Collect and analyze operational data to establish performance metrics
- Work with operational teams to understand challenges and needs
- Design and propose continuous improvement solutions with a focus on efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Use Lean and Six sigma tools to optimize value chain performance
- Work in the field to implement improvement actions and ensure their success.
- Present reports and recommendations to stakeholders
- Train multidisciplinary teams on methods and tools related to continuous improvement
- Conduct internal audits to monitor and verify the effectiveness of improvement actions
Requirements and skills
- Master’s or Engineer’s degree
- Strong data analysis and modelling skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
