Rosenberger Tunisia in Enfidha is looking for a new colleague in IT ERP & Applications Support.
Responsibilities
- Analyse the inner workings of ERP
- Focal point for all RTN Applications demand including the day-to-day Application and ERP support.
- Act as 3rd level support for applications and ERP and solve escalations in collaboration with 3rd party providers and/or central support team.
- Work closely with infrastructure team to ensure adequate dimensioning for ERP Hosting platforms.
- Act as technical process owner for RTN ERP and Applications and support lifecycle changes/upgrades and/or structural migrations.
- Work hand in hand with IT Manager interfacing with business stakeholder to identify workflow digitalisation initiative – document and translate into workflow configurable in the ERP
Requirements and skills
- Master’s degree in information systems management, Software Engineering Degree or anything similar.
- Two years’ experience or more in Business process digitalisation
